Windows 8.1: Default Background & Accent Colors

OK, so this might be a tough one...

When I set up Win 8.1, I had a default setup color accent and background of blue, and when I created my desktop account, I changed it to gray.

I have used the netplwiz to set up Windows 8 to allow an automatic login, so I get to see the default blue background and then my own gray background on the login screen.

I know how to explain all of this information, but I don't know how to capture an image of the system logging in and changing backgrounds.

I hope that I've explained it all... And thus, I hope that somebody can help explain how to change this.

I think option two in both tutorials might be what you're looking for:

Sign in Screen - Change Background Color in Windows 8

Lock Screen Default Background Image - Change in Windows 8

OK, so actually that second tutorial and the first option in it solved both problems in one shot. (Note to self: SAVE that program!)
