Hi,
I'm having some trouble customizing the appearance of Windows 8.1. I want to change the start screen and accent color, but my "personalize" menu seems to be completely gone from my computer. When I go to the Settings charm, the "Personalize" menu is replaced with "Personalization," which allows me to change the desktop background and window colours, but not the start screen or accent colours. When I search the computer, I can find the result that says "Change the background and colors on start" but clicking on the result does nothing. The button "depresses" but no window or program loads. I tried using the shortcut to the personalize menu that I found here: (http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/33334-personalize-modern-ui-shortcut-create-windows-8-1-a.html), but it similarly does nothing when I open the shortcut.
Did I somehow remove or uninstall my personalize menu completely? Is there any way to get it back?
