Change font size in entering file name in save as box

Link to screenshot above. I mean where you type in the name of the file, down there at the bottom of the dialog box. Highlighted in blue in this picture. How do I change font size. and also font, for that matter. Also, this has got to be an extremely common problem. What are the words I can use to find this with a search engine?

I think what you see and want to change probably is a system setting and as such would affect a lot of displayed data.
Go to Control Panel, Display and choose a different setting such as 125% or 150%, but again that will affect more than what you asked about. The view of the list of files may be increased or decreased using the Ctrl plus the + key or Ctrl and mouse wheel but the dialog boxes stay the same.
