Link to screenshot above. I mean where you type in the name of the file, down there at the bottom of the dialog box. Highlighted in blue in this picture. How do I change font size. and also font, for that matter. Also, this has got to be an extremely common problem. What are the words I can use to find this with a search engine?

I think what you see and want to change probably is a system setting and as such would affect a lot of displayed data.
Go to Control Panel, Display and choose a different setting such as 125% or 150%, but again that will affect more than what you asked about. The view of the list of files may be increased or decreased using the Ctrl plus the + key or Ctrl and mouse wheel but the dialog boxes stay the same.

Thanks all. I guess that's about as solved as it's going to get, so I'll mark it.

Hello All, Recently the text on all my windows title bars is messed up. It doesn't show the name of the window, it shows a bunch of dashed lines as follows: 51297 I went to Personalization->Display and I when I try to change the title bar text the menu is empty: 51298
The title says is all. :) I'm sure there must be a way to do this. Right now the color (white) blends in way too much with everything else on the page, so that it is very difficult to even see the category titles.
