Recently got a new Acer laptop with 8.1 installed. I've been trying to customise the desktop background in Control Panel, selecting multiple images to make a slideshow.
However, it's really difficult to scroll at leisure through all my photos to choose the best ones, because the scrollbar repeatedly jumps back to the topmost photo that I've selected on the list every 10 seconds or so. If I select a photo from near the bottom, it then automatically jumps to this one instead!
It's turning into an adrenaline-thumping game where I race against the scrollbar to find the picture I want and click it before it leaps back to where I started! Anybody else had this problem?
