    It will not work for the screen you want even on Enterprise. It lets you change the default lock screen (the one with that space needle skyline). This is nothing to do with the log on screen shown in the first post. There you can only change the colour unfortunately.

    This is a really old post, but google led me here while searching for an answer to my problem. All other results I've found so far have been addressing the LOCK screen not the Password screen. Is there any update on this update?

    In Windows 8.1, Nope.
    But in Windows 10 preview, YES.
    In windows 10 Build 10159, in sign in screen, the background is same as the desktop wallpaper.
    Please check this youtube video @ 1.00.

    But, changing the wallpaper doesn't change the background on signin screen.
    Hope MS will do that!
