Solved Want taskbar to change colour depending on my window colou

For example, as you see on the picture my taskbar is white and spotify is grey, is there any program that will make my taskbar colour change depending on what colour the open window has example blue window = blue taskbar and red window = red taskbar :huh:.

And im not running os x
