    Yes, right click on C: in Disk Management and select Extend volume. Set it to encompass all of the 98GB un-allocated part.

    Yep got it now,One one of your screenshots you have an option to have 10 or more showing in start menu,Cant seem to see that option.

    OP you may just do this:



    Have all your programs pinned up in "start" and never bother installing third party shells and then tweaking it to glory!

    Right click on any program and pin to start. Once pinned arrange /drag and drop as per your liking and rename groups.

    To amplify. In the Metro menu,
    1. you can right click any item and UNpin from start if you never use it.
    2. In win 8.1 Click the small arrow in the Metro to see the All Apps menu. Here, you can righ click any program and pin to start.
    Back in the start menu, you can arrange the icons into groups and then right click on the screen and "name groups"

    If Brink spots this thread, he may be able to direct you to one of his tutorials on the subject. I am having a problem with the indexing there, at the present time.

    This is my start menu. It may look a little awesome to you, but I find it more convenient than slogging through, for example, your menu as in your first post.
    This is one of mine, as an illustration.
