It is certainly possible. However this being a Windows 8 forum it is not really the place to ask about it :)

Hi there.

That particular EULA might be constrained as being too restrictive to pass serious court judgement. Protecting your brand is one thing (e.g I'm sure any Tourist wandering around central NYC or any beach city in California will have been offered "Fake Rolexes" etc. I still have one BTW and it keeps excellent time -- cost 7 USD !!! bought on Venice Beach California a few years ago). Rolex is quite entitled to seize these copies and possibly get the copiers bought to court - if they can - But trying to restrict the use of Software to a particular set of hardware might be a much more difficult proposition.

Apple usually try and make their software so proprietary that it is a major issue to get it to work on other platforms but challenges like that are always accepted by some people.

Hackingtosh as has been previously mentioned *Might* do the trick for you.

However I can't really see what's so wonderful about the APPLE IOS on non Apple gear. You could get a much BETTER experience by using one of the many LINUX distros out there and they are all LEGAL and FREE. Linux Mint is particularly easy for people used to Windows. Linux is fairly similar to the Apple OS. You can also run as Live CD's / USB sticks so you can try them out without having to install anything.

Cheers

A hacintosh requires very specific hardware, getting it to work on a laptop is highly not recommended.

Best bet to play with it is to try a virtual machine.

There have been people who have done it on some Dell Latitudes (E6420, E6430).
I tried it on my E6430 but it was too much hassle so I just bought a Macbook instead and am now triple booting OSX, Win 8.1, and Linux Mint 17. :D

I'm not really one who pays much attention to EULAS when it comes to what I can and can't do with software because I believe after I have paid my hard earned money for it, it belongs to me and I will do whatever I whish with it, besides, who is going to know? unless you go and broadcast it all over the place.

With that being said, I've never personally done it myself but have known others who have done it on desktops, it never interested me enough to go ahead and do it because I have no interest in Macs, IF I was to do it I would just use a VM, quick installation with a lot less headaches.
