How to change the visual look of the right click menu

Is there any way to change the look of the windows 8 right click menu? It currently looks a bit ugly and dated in my opinion.

i.e Can I change it from looking like this:



to something more modern like this:


or even this:

as a free alternative i edit with Vista Style builder aka Windows style builder, background, colour of text, font, all can be customized
