    Background Color


    When I start a program, like Task Mgr. I have a deep blue header but if I keep it open and click on something else, all the background color turns white on Task Mgr unitl I click back on it. I know how to Personalize but dont see and setting for secondary colors. Pls advise

    I'm pretty sure Windows does that by default; depicts an inactive window.

    I use WindowBlinds from Stardock.
    In your case you would use the Default theme.
    Unless you wanted another type.

    You can change lots of colors using it.

Windows 8 has this irritating behaviour that makes it change the color scheme of all windows to one of the minor colors in the background. Now don't get me wrong, I like pink, but when my background has a couple of pink flowers in an otherwise green background, I end up with a high intensity...
