A Home Media centre using windows as a base?

Hi guys first post here just wondering if you could help with something, I am trying to build a home media centre and am having a bit of trouble.

This is the list of what I would like it to incorporate

• Play Films, Music and TV Shows from a hard drive
• Browse the internet + LAN
• Easy to use remote like a PS3/4 controller
• Play PC games (preferably using the games controller)
• Bluetooth keyboard compatible using a USB dongle (which I already have)
• Easy to use software/interface such as the PS interface/XBMC interface/Plex interface
• Can run windows programs such as Word etc.

Also would I be able to run this program in windows (providing easy access to things such as word) or is there a custom OS out there I could use, hopefully I'll just be able to run this in Windows

Thanks in advance if you can help, I'm just not sure whether something exists that can do all of this?
