No Link Pictures on IE 11

I have a new Lenovo computer that I purchased from Fry's and all they come with is Windows 8. After updating all from
MS including Windows 8.1, and IE 11 I don't have any "Link Pictures" on my Comcast.net home page or any web site.
Does anyone know how to get the pictures back into their box?
