Go to the Apps view, right click on the entry you would like to delete. Click on "Go To File Location" Then delete the link in the File Browser window that opens.

It may still be visible until a restart or at least a log out.

The only thing you can do is go to C:\Users\{your moniker}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\System tools and just delete the shortcut but it messes up the link path somewhere else; I can't recall at the moment.

Thats weird, I have the option when I right click. Although browsing to the System Tools folder like Edwin said is the same place where my way would have taken you.

I deleted the system tools folder altogether and I have not had any issues. I also moved all the programs within the other folders to just the Programs folder then deleted the then empty folders to keep them from being in groups on the Apps screen.

Like I said above, I deleted the entire folder and have never ran into an issue. Let me know what you are talking about if you remember, Im curious.
