Looking for some help setting up a cool interface.

Hey guys so heres what im using at the moment.

Fences by stardock
Rainmeter with a few skins I like
Dexpot for 3D virtual desktop switching

Here is what I hope to achieve but havnt been able too.

3d desktop switching with different icons and wallpaper on each desktop all hide able using fences
I only want rainmeter skins on 1 desktop not all of them but I do want fences to work on all of them.

My questions

Is any of this possible?

If so how? (I am willing to switch programs I use if better ones exist I hold no allegiance to the programs I use)

Do you guys have any recommendations for any other cool software or things to spice up my work environment with cool things I like. (Please only free stuff)
