OblyTile is not working, how do I fix this?

Hi! OblyTile is my favorite Windows 8.1 customization program, but it is not working for me. It says that it added the tile on the start screen, but when I go to the start screen, it's not there!

However, when I go to my All Apps screen, the vbs file openers are there, but with no picture or anything. When I try to remove it from start it always gets deleted from Oblytile. I really need help. Here is the Imgur album:

I have the same problem. I have used OblyTile many times with no problem but now when I create a tile it says it is saved, but it goes to all apps not the start screen. It doesn't give me the option of moving it to the start screen only removing it, The shortcut works OK
