help to add "Save to Scenery" to IE 11 context menu

Could someone help me add Save to Scenery to the IE 11 context menu ? Like "Send to OneNote" gets added to IE context menu.
    The folder location is C:\Users\Sue\Pictures\Scenery

Would like it to work by
    1. right click an image & click on Save to Scenery or
    2. right click & press Z on keyboard

Would also like to add date & time to end of image name

    Thank you
    Ron

Would it be possible to make this happen with command "Save to Pictures"
Since Pictures is an actual folder that Windows controls and Scenery is not?
Just a thought from the professional rookie.
