Custom theme problems for windows 8.1

I ran into this today when right clicking on one of my taskbar applications (Picture below) and I thought it was just Windows being windows and resarted the system, yet when I opened up a different application after the reboot it did the same thing.

On to system changes before noticing this issue, I did install a theme tweak because of Windows 8 not liking black title bars and white text. After switching out of the custom theme I noticed that the issue was gone.

But back again is the black text on a black title bar, so any ideas on a possible different theme that allows me to have a black title bar with more easy-to-read text?

I just found this forum, I have the same problem. Here's a link to a theme I'd like to use: Windows 8 default theme - White TitleBar Text v1.1 by maddada1 on deviantART

Please, if you could fix the jumplists, that would be awesome. I saw in another forum a solution, but I don't know how to do it myself. If you gave a few tips, how to start, I could do it too :)

Sorry but changing some one else work is not cool, you need to ask the theme maker.
