Windows 8 stuck in High Contrast mode

Can't get to Personalizations. Can't get into Ease of Access. It just says "Page Won't Load"

How do I turn this hideous thing off if I cant get to Ease of Access or Personalization?

Before you get into reset, refresh, or scannow etc...
    Where's your backup image, hmm?

You can try to see what happens if you download a theme and execute a theme file.
(with a *.themepack extension) Download a few themes.

    Themes - Microsoft Windows

Angry Birds theme - Microsoft Windows

... another quickie test would be to install a trial version of Stardock Window Blinds.

It might reset your personalization and offer a new look.
It could then be uninstalled. No harm done.
    Just a suggestion.

I got no place to store a 300 GB Backup Image... Thats how big by Docs folder is.

I think I know what's doin it, but I'm gonna watch some old X-Files until tomorrow morning them I'll apply what I think is the fix. Not gonna say what it is until I test it.

Cool. but... you might want to rethink having your docs as part of the system drive.
Not having a backup image makes a system vulnerable. oh, but that is not my business. ok.
I keep data on 1 drive, videos on another drive and
    > OS / installed apps / programs < on the primary system drive.
Imaging the system takes about 2 minutes or less.

Finished with the Fringe series. It's over. Finished with Continuum. That's over.
I decided to side with the rebels. Good Luck

Fringe is never over... Cos it all starts from the beginning each time you get to the end... Same thing with Deep Space Nine, that one ended at the beginning too, heh. The Sisko was a prophet all along.

Oh yah, I got what's important saved across my network on five systems, I have a really good idea what this is. Let me put it like this: I totally shut off my Metro, found a way to do that. When I turn it back on, the left alt-shift-prntscr will probably start working.

Speaking of X-Files, these cool UFOs flew over within a mile of my house last may- they appeared every night at a certain time for about a week. Nobody has any idea what they were:

It was ex7forW8, once I restarted in windows 8 explorer mode, I could get into personalization and shut it off, I reapplied my default theme and it synched over to my 8.1 machine. No idea why 8.1 was not letting me get out of it, I thought it was the same issue but I was wrong, I was able to install ex7forW8 into 8.1 but 8.1 cannot run windows 7 explorer, which is was the mod uses to get rid of Metro. Maybe some common setting got synched over that was causing my 8.1 machine to hose as well

I had that on 8.0 as well, not using it anymore ever since.

    So it's solved then.

But the UFO part will be much harder to solve.
