surface keybord change

If you prefer to use your F1 through F12 keys as F keys and not multimedia keys, hit FN+Caps Lock.
On my Pro, the setting stayed after a reboot.

I'd kind of like to make F1-F8 into the regular F keys, but keep F9-F12 (Home, End, PgUp, PgDn) as the multimedia keys. Is there a way to do that?
