I found one more place where the subkey ShellFolder has a BlockNewFile string value, and which I delted. But the Homegroup still showed up. I checked the Attritutes data by passing and confirmed they were all modified to b094010c.

Did you make sure that all of them didn't have it, and restarted afterwards?

If so, then I'm not sure what else it may be yet.

I have just double checked and all of them did not have it. I restarted after that.
Thank you for trying to help me.

No problem. Hopefully we'll get it worked out after some more testing.

Probably just in time for a beta release with all of this changed again, and we'll have to start over.
