Solved Multiple User Lockscreen Background Colour

Hello all,

I am a new Windows 8 user and was having trouble changing background colour when the screen is on lock mode with multiple users. The current colour is purple and I can't find a setting to change it.

Would be great if someone can help.

If you like, you could use the tutorial below to force a default solid color of your choice for the sign in screen for all users.

I actually found this link of yours http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/15554-sign-screen-change-background-color-windows-8-a.html, and it was easier for me to change the purple bg.

You're welcome.

That'll work fine in Windows 8, but just be warned that it will not work in Windows 8.1. When you upgrade to 8.1 on October 18th, you'll still be able to use the method I posted to do so if you like.
