How to load an OblyTile onto another computer??

OblyTile rocks for making custom tiles on Windows 8! I have made a good one for our intranet. Here's the problem. I want to be able to load this tile onto all the teachers and admin machines at school without having to get one-by-one permission for everyone to install OblyTile and make their own.

I have successfully exported the Tile onto a thumb drive, but I can't figure out how to load the tile onto someone else's computer. Help!!

Ok,, it's not that simple
The reason is

The app creates a shortcut to a Visual Basic script (VB script) to execute the commands
I am not sure exactly where it is saving the shortcut to, for the start menu icon at this time.
I would have to search around a bit more.

You can not simply Export it and transfer it to another PC without running OblyTile and importing on said PC.

Thanks. Do you have any idea how I can control what default tile shows up for my Sharepoint intranet? At this point it looks very close to the IE tile.
