Icon order in windows explorer navigation pane

I want to change the icon order in windows explorer navigation pane. By default you have Library, Homegroup, Computer and Network, in that order (there is also favorites but I removed it and I don't remember now where it is placed exactly).

I want to change the order to: Computer, Library, Homegroup, Network.
    The folowing image show it:

(Blue line: move Library down. Red line: place Computer where Library was)

In windows XP there was a program called TweakXP by Microsoft that allowed to do this but I couldn't find one for windows 8.

Is there a way to achieve this?
    Thanks.

If you can find Favorites & replace it, you can put shortcuts to what you want in it by dragging & dropping them.(In the order you want them)

Thanks for the reply however, that's not what I'm looking for. I want to have Computer at the top of the list not Favorites with Computer inside it.
