    Question regarding Office 2013 tiles

I am trying to organize the tiles for Office 2013. Right now I have four rows of tiles. Row one has four tiles, row two has three tiles, and rows three and four have just two tiles.

I'm trying to get the program group I created to have three columns of tiles in them. Windows is not putting the tiles where I want them.

Tried to modify something there too.

Unfortunately it seems it cannot be done without third party programs yet and I don't even know such programs. Maybe others would help there...

There is some basic customization allowed.

    Standard info:

Some improvement on this matter is made in the upcoming Windows 8.1 release.

As I understand from a post in the Microsoft forums, the order is supposed to go:

    1. 5

    2 6

    3. 7

    4. Etc.

This is based on screen size. That order isn't what's happening on my computer. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what 8.1 brings for customization.

Based on screen size you can change DPI of start screen in the third link here below. I don't know the order of how tiles get placed but with some tweaks we might achieve something.

You might wanna take a look at this tutorials:

    Organize app tile groups:
Start Screen Apps - Organize into Groups

    Change number of tile rows:

    Increase tile size:
