Metro search not working

When I attempt to search in the Start menu, I can only search Apps and Settings, but not Files. When I choose File it is just loading for infinity. I have waited few times for 20 minutes and no response. I have tried to troubleshoot this problem but with no results. Any help on this one?

Don't choose Apps, Settings, or Files.
Just type in what you're looking for.
I do that & if there any files associated with the search, they show up quickly.
