Hello there, I am looking for a way to change the default Icon for a program. I really want to change the icon for Aim as I it looks strange on my Taskbar;

I have tried to change the icon on every shortcut leading to Aim, but it won't change on the taskbar. The only icon I am not able to change is the default one, and I mean that is the one I have to change. When I go into properties on the default Aim.exe file in the directory I get;

Anyone knows how to change this icon?

Try removing the Taskbar shortcut.
Then right click aim.exe & send to Desktop as shortcut.

Then you should be able to change the icon for the shortcut.

If so, drag & drop it to Taskbar.
Post back results please.
