If you have got tired of that rather too obvious StartScreen title, here's how to change it -
First, backup this file: System32\en_US\twinui.dll.mui
Take ownership and control of twinui.dll.mui and then open in Resource Hacker.
Expand to:
String table 235, Line 3751
Change text from "Start" to whatever you want, or delete the line to delete the text.
Compile.
Save.
Reboot.
This was enough for me, but if it doesn't take effect:
Run > mcbuilder, then reboot again.
