Help! Need some help with this Icon pack!

Okay so I recently downloaded a new skin, which I love BTW. So I want to add some new icons to it, however when I downloaded this pack.. I didn't really get the normal Ico files this time. No, no I got a folder of resources and a ini file... I would love to get some help so I can add the icons to my new skin...

Note that these packs are to be used in the 7zip format. Do not unpack the downloaded 7zip archives. They are to be loaded directly into 7tsp. Make sure that you restore the system using 7tsp before installing a new pack over an already existing pack.

Seems you need to use the APP 7tsp to install. :D
