Stuff I want to do with Windows 8

So I'm trying to archive these things:

1)Boot directly to desktop
2)The start menu with only the search function
3)Disable hotspots
4)Have a custom boot animation
5)Customise the log in screen
6)Add a custom startup music
7)Have the icons in the task bar enlarge when mouse hovers over it.

About item 5, I want to make it like this but with the picture( the one black with red text) replaced with a loop animation and custom background picture:


I know item 1, 3, 4 and 6 are easy to do but I'll probably have problem with item 2, 7 and especially 5.
Anyone could help me out with 2, 7 and 5?

2 No idea , ask Google. 4 SO FAR is impossible, search the forum and you will see there is a thread for this already being discussed and considering the added security in W8 its still too fresh to achieve and it involves modifying a lotta chiet and what not...My suggestion for the boot is to WAIT a little longer .. and 7 you can always use small or larger taskbar icons from taskbar properties but zooming IN on mouse over thats a different story, good luck with your project and keep us updated.
