I find it ridiculous that they split up 'Lock Screen' and Switch User screen like Windows 7.
In all previous windows, by pressing Windows+L; brings you a switch user screen which acts like a Lock Screen too.
Is there a way to make it like this? So that Lock Screens allow you to choose which user you want to log into?

I have found this that stops the annoying thing about disabling auto sign in on startup:

but this is only half a it.

I know those methods. But they are like a step backwards in functionality compared to Windows 7. Also, as many people have noticed; switching between users takes incredibly long time (even when both users are already signed in) around 10-20 seconds compared to Windows 7 which takes 1 second seamlessly.
I seriously regret upgrading to Windows 8; seems like Microsoft designed it with touchscreen tablets in mind only and forced it for desktop users.
