Add shutdown to the start screen menu

Is the any way to add the option to shut down the computer to the little menu that pops up when you click your name on the start screen? The one that displays change account picture, lock, and sign out. I've searched around, but can only find how to add a shutdown tile to the start screen or a context menu on the desktop.

you can download an app for it or simply go to the charms bar>>>settings and there's an icon there to shutdown/sleep/restart your PC.

This is not a problem for me because the logitech wireless keyboard that I am using comes with a shutdown/sleep/hibernate button.

When I right-click on something on the Start Screen, the customize menu doesn't appear. One day it just stopped appearing, and I don't know why. It's the same if I want to pin something to it from the page with All Apps. I've uploaded a screenshot where I right-clicked on the "Food & Drink" app....

I pinned an application to my start menu, occasionally I need to run that app with Admin privs. All I can find in the Start Screen is the "Run As Admin" option that appears at the bottom of the screen. It's a real pain to have to click the app near the top of the screen and then slide all of...
I'm struggling to see the purpose of the Metro Start Screen unless the computer has a touch screen. Other than the Apps and the few Live tiles - programs I've installed open on the regular desktop when I click on the tile. Am I doing something wrong, or is that the way it should be?
I am trying to get back to the start menu with a touch screen on my convertible tablet. Let's say I'm browsing the internet. If I hit the "windows" key, I can immediately switch to start screen. But what if I don't want to use the (physical) keyboard at all? What's the equivalent from the touch...
