Solved Set as Desktop Background resetting folder

I was going to upload a video of the problem to make it easier for you guys to understand but since i'm currently out of country for holiday I'll try my best to explain the problem in words. Basically my problem is when I right click on a wallpaper and select Set as desktop background. As normal it changes the wallpaper but also resets the folder back to the top. For example If I select the picture on the very bottom of the folder and set it as the desktop background, the folder will rest back all the way to the very top of the folder. It has been acting this way since I installed windows 8 but I didn't care to find a solution until now.I would be glad if anyone have a solution for this as it has been getting on my nerve for far too long. Kind a getting annoying when you're trying to find a good wallpaper and having to scroll all the way down to where I was lol.

I've found this annoyance to be part of auto arrange. You could use the tutorial below to disable auto arrange to no longer have the folder return to the top after clicking on "Set as desktop background".

Thanks brink it worked but I had to move all my pictures out of pictures folder in libraries :C

Yeah, that's the only draw back is that it will not work in a library, but luckily you can create a shortcut of the folder and pin it to the taskbar to make it easier to use.
