For the power button, I like using the desktop context menu from the tutorial below for this.

To have Windows 8 display in a different language, the tutorial below will help show you how to. It's a universal setting, so it will be everything in Windows 8 and not just the Start Menu.

You might also check your "Region" settings like in the tutorial below to make sure they are set to the language you want as well.

As for the text size in your Start Menu, check the settings in whatever program you used to add it to see if there may be an option to change the text size.

    Blink,
I found that high track theme and color and appearance, but it is very different from other window versions.

Yeah, I don't care for the high contrast themes as well.

The only thing I'm not happy with windows 8 is that I'm using firefox and when I highlight the url bar is blue. Mine was yellow. The top of the firefox and navigation bar is ugly red. Mine was gray or aqua. Wish I could do the same color like that.

I don't think the color of the address bar can be changed.

However, you could use one of the Windows Default Themes, then change the color to what you like other that the first one like in step 6 of the tutorial below.

Only window borders and taskbar color changes to what you select in "Color and Appearance".
