How to implement my own buttons in Windows 8 start screen

    How to implement my own buttons in Windows 8 start screen

    Been searching around to find how to implement buttons I create with CorelDraw to use with windows 8
    startup menu. What format (png or jpeg I presume) and what folder to store them in. There must be a way
    to do this.
    Any thoughts?
