color on slected text?

Hey

I want to change the color of the text being marked/selected

like this: Screenshot by Lightshot

I was able to do this in windows 7
but i can not find anything for this in windows 8 pro


How can i change the select/marked text and area color?

Another question, this i never got solved in windows 7
maybe i can solve this in windows 8

when using the file explorer
the color of selecting a file, id like to change that aswell.... how?

That's a hard one.Haven't found an answer yet.

I've been playing with the colors & turned a few things RED !

Here is a color tool that may be useful:

Hex-to-RGB Color Converter

PIXI is a good tiny tool for picking custom colors.

It shows HEX & RGB.

I keep a shortcut to it in the Taskbar.
