Solved Transfer Themes from one computer to another.

I have two ASUS Q200e laptops. One has Win8 Home Premium as installed by ASUS. The other, for embarrassing reasons, has Win8 Home Premium installed from a retail DVD. I would like to move the ASUS theme from the first to the second. I copied the ASUS theme from the first to the second but second machine wouldn't recognize it. There must be something more I should have done but have no idea what.

Will someone please help?
