Hello njnitehawk tap on the store tile and scroll right and under the tools category select New releases. Look for an App called Zapi Live Clock. There are other clocks also but this one is one of the best I've found so far.

how is that program with live updating?

I've found that Live Tiles do not update frequently enough for a clock. So a clock will be showing the correct time. And then it'll fall behind until it's next updated to being correct again. Which makes it kind of pointless.

I remember seeing screenshots how old beta versions of Windows 8 had the time next to the user name in the upper right hand corner. They should bring it back.
