How To Make Custom Wallpapers Stretch And Scroll With You

I recently downloaded this program:
Windows 8 Start Screen Customizer v1.3 beta by ~vhanla on deviantART
which allows me to create a custom background for the start menu. I was planning on using something like the picture at the bottom and being able to scroll to the right and having the background change with me. Any ways to get that to work rather than the background staying constant when I scroll to the right?
