Hello trdethuong, and welcome to Eight Forums.
Please export the following registry keys below as .reg files, and upload them here. These are the usual registry locations for desktop context menu items. I'll be happy to take a look through your .reg file, and post back with one to remove this for you.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background
Found it. This will remove it for you.
Did you download the .reg file to your desktop, double click on it to merge it, and approved/allowed any prompts?
Are you logged in an administrator account?
You wouldn't need to do anything else like restart.
Ok. Go ahead and export the registry key below again to see what changes were applied.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground
The Gadgets key at the registry location below is what should have been deleted by my .reg file.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Gadgets
Ak, ok then. We just have a permission/owner issue here. No problem.
You could use step 3 in OPTION THREE in the tutorial below to take ownership of and "Allow" yourself "Full control" of the Gadgets registry key first. Afterwards, you should be able to delete it.

14. You or members of the administrators group, if selected in step 9, will now be able to grant access permissions for this file, folder, drive, or registry key if you like.
