Custom Start Menu Picture Background

hello im new in here,umm how can i change my start menu background picture into a custom ones

any response is appreciated!(except troll ones)

Go to Control panel>Persnolisation. And choose Your Theme

Windows 8 doesn't really allow for custom Start Screen backgrounds, without a third party tool to do so. Even still, you only get just top and bottom images, not full screen. But, I've seen and read that if you double the height of the image's pixel of that to your screen resolution's, you're able to get a full image.

The reason behind this was that Microsoft didn't think it would be correct to take a UI that is more or less a panorama and have people put distorted images on the background, where the tiles would cover potentially the main focus of the image.

It can be done though.

ohh i see..but still how can i do that? i tried many customizing tools but none of them is compatible with windows 8 pro build 9200

There are a couple of programs in the Store that you can use to customize tiles. - not free -

thank you for suggesting that appreciated it. but i dont need to customize the tile i need to customize is the BACKGROUND of the start menu thanks!

I am also a new User of Windows 8....searching for the same thing as u. Need to change background image and put a custom one....so please if u come to tell me...thanks....!!
