    Changing color

When I'm in the Metro (there I used that word again) screen and I show "All apps", the apps are categorized with a heading. The problem is, the background color is blue and the heading is also blue; although it is a different shade of blue. It would be far easier if the headings were a different color than the back ground. Is there a way to change the color of one or the other? One would think that MS would have thought of that.

I don't know about changing the text, but you can certainly change the background color.

You would go to PC Settings, and then Personalize. CHange to the Start Screen section, and choose the color. Note that the color sections have background and foreground colors, choose a color scheme that has more contrast. Like grey and blue.

That works great! It makes everything much more distinct. I had to play around with it till I found color I liked best. I would suggest that everyone try it if you already haven't.

Windows 8 has this irritating behaviour that makes it change the color scheme of all windows to one of the minor colors in the background. Now don't get me wrong, I like pink, but when my background has a couple of pink flowers in an otherwise green background, I end up with a high intensity...
That green is kinda of iffy. Is there a way to change its color.
Don't yell at me that I'm stupid. I just can't stand that the win8 start button is black/dark gray. It looks simply ugly. Is there any way to change it?
