Is there a way to move the charm bar to the left side of my screen?

Hi,
Having a multi-monitor system here I'm finding it overly difficult to bring up the charm bar on the right edge of my primary monitor, it would be substantially easier if I could move it to the left side of my screen and move the new task bar that appears on the left side of my screen over to the right side of my screen (since I personally use it less).

Is there a way to do this, or maybe a way to just have both on the left side of the screen?

I know that I can press the Win+C keys to bring up the charm bar but I'm really not much of a hot key user.

I don't think that's doable. Try moving your cursor to the very bottom of your screen, then move it right until the charms bar appears.

Yeah that works a bit better, thanks.

Is there maybe a way to reduce the time that it takes for the charm bar to appear? I know in W7 we could reduce the amount of time for window previews to show up, is there anyway to reduce the time for the charm bar to show up? Maybe make it nearly instant?

Thanks
