    Windows 8.5

I hope this isn't out of date.
I thought the wording was interesting.

    Some news:

    Exclusive Windows 8.5 Sneak Peek | Tech4Days

    2 quotes---

    1---
Brenda Glickman, a liaison to the product manager who interfaces with the user interface manager, said:
We've listened to our users and appreciate what they had to say about Windows 8. There were many good things, and some not so good things. You guys loved the "Start" button. We get it. Thousands of you mentioned the "Start" button. On Facebook. On Twitter. On our feedback forms. But, frankly, we're sick of hearing about it. It's gone. It's not coming back--like your dead grandma--so get over it.
    2---
Glickman went on to say that Microsoft is still considering whether to allow earlier software to run in Windows 8.5.
We've spent too much time on things that really don't fit into the home paradigm of Microsoft Bob, I mean Windows 8.5. Things such as Word Processors, networks, and web browsers. True, users may miss these things initially, because they were accustomed to them. Well, our great grandparents were accustomed to polio and that doesn't mean it was a good thing, does it?

Hah, that pretty much explains, why Windows is going down hill with managers like that.
That only confirms, what I have been saying, MS does not care, what people want, never.

I really do not see this happening being as ....
1.) The article was written back in May of 2014 and ...
2.) Windows 10 previews are already being released.

I didn't understand a thing. What is this 8.5 they're taking about, any joke, rumor? Is it really going to happen?

    Probably out of date.

I just thought the way she expressed herself was a bit odd.

For a minute, I thought MS is going to dig the past again. I think with that interview, she might have left MS for good.

Not a good way to express things.

edit--- I hope she is just a loose cannon & not typical of the Microsoft employees.

We're humans and none of us is an ideal human being, known to make mistakes in life, not an issue at all.

Consistently doing the same mistake would be an issue though
