MS says return of Start button, only now it is" Stop" for Task Manager

    Stop button is just what it means, will stop all activity and cause a reboot.

    where what is that Stop button, ? a stop button should means shut down nor restart. Are you talking of the Power Button on the front of the PC ?

    It's a built in panic button for users of a tablet PC, or phone. Laptop or desktop users won't have it.

    I'm hoping that would be "Stop" instead of a "End task" in the Task Manager instead.

    Well, there is a "Start" pop-up now. Move the pointer to the bottom left corner while on the desktop, and you'll see the Start pop-up that will take you to the "Start" screen when clicked on.
