    eventvwr MS scam

    Hang up if a person with an accent calls telling you that you are receiving malware as you speak and tells to you to enter eventvwr which is event viewer in the run box.
    It is a scam by Global Inc.

    No, don't hang up, start talking dirty to them. Usually you have to pay for that.

A company called Acadia Global is still trying to tell poeople that their pcs are getting infected and they can fix it for a price. It is a known scam dating back to at least 12/12. Go to the FBI at and report it if it hapens to you. Do not give any money or information.
