It' a great proof-of-concept and the girl is very intelligent, especially for her age, but it sort of reminds me of the solar powered flashlight. lol If I am actually in need of a good handheld light source, I'm not about to go squeezing a tube as hard as I can to transfer heat to it, just to get minimal results.

She is going to make better things in the future though and probably will go on to be a great engineer, I suspect.
