    I see from the debt as a percentage of GDP figures, that the US is over a 100%. I wonder how long that is sustainable.

    That sounds like the thinking of someone I know.
    She must be allergic to money because when she gets it, she has to spend it before going home. I seen her spend over $300 at Walmart and walk out with $1.06 to her name. She had to stop at the $1 store and buy something before going home.
    Next 6 days she was mad because she couldn't a thing since she spent all her money.

Why, when my netbook is on power save mode (CPU clocks down to 0.97GHz from 1.67GHz), its CPU usage won't go past 59% when doing something intensive? Is Windows 8.1 limiting the CPU usage besides underclocking it? Is it measuring the CPU usage with respect to a full clocked CPU? Am I missing...
