Please help-need to remove facebook pictures

If anyone can help I would be greatful.
Got my new laptop and love it and getting to grips with windows 8.

When I was setting up I clicked on the photos section and the tab which said link your facebook photos from your account to your PC, which I did but I no longer wish to have this.

Is there a way I can unlink my facebook photos?

Facebook Photos

You need to go into Face Book settings and unclick the link that has your Pictures sync to your computer on sharing. Then you should be able to remove them from your computer.
