    Speciallly for Ms Doubters

    Hi there
To people who think Ms has lost its way -- I should have a read of this -- it's from decent sources not the usual Gartner etc rubbish.

The Economist Is Wrong About Microsoft - BKS, KO, MSFT - Foolish Blogging Network

I'll bet a load of people here also didn't know that Ms now owns the NOOK -- an excellent e-reader too so its also got its fingers in that pie too.

    Cheers

    Thanks for posting, jimbo.

I think it to be dead on. I've read a lot on how MS is late to the game, but glad to see they're gaining. Slow, but gaining. I think by the Fall of this year we'll see a rapid acceleration of sales.

    Interesting article...

What are they going to do with the Nook LOL? I own one and flashed Android 4.2.2 on it, so now I have a nice 7" android tablet. The app store for nook is at best a joke. The book and mag selection is great though, but I can do that through the app on the play store. The development has all but stopped over at XDA as well. You will get a port from time to time or a source built ROM but that's about it. To say they want to bring it up to compete with the iPad or anyother true tablet is (my Opinion, so take it for what's worth) really reaching...MS will have to bring the apps. Interesting they are working with a tablet that even at a stock OS level is based on android..

    We shall see I guess
